On 12th and 13th January De Rome à Paris – Les Rencontres Professionnelles will be held. Two days of
meetings between French-Italian audiovisual professionals, designed to rethink new collaborations and to
increase the numbers of Italian films distributed in French Film Market.

12th JANUARY – Work in Progress Session

The Italian participants will have the change to give French industry professionals the opportunity to preview 13 films in post-production.

13th JANUARY – Co-Production Session (in collaboration with CNC and Unifrance)

One-on-one meetings to present 10 projects to French potential partners (producers, sales, distributors).

The initiative is a parallel section of De Rome à Paris – Rencontres du Cinéma Italien, the Italian Film Festival that every year gives Parisian film viewers the opportunity to watch a rich and varied selection of contemporary Italian cinema not yet seen in France.

This year the festival will have a special section dedicated to Rome, and will showcase classic films in
collaboration with Les Films du Camélia.

● I KNEW HER WELL by Antonio Pietrangeli;
● LOVE IN THE CITY – 6 short films by Michelangelo Antonioni, Federico Fellini, Alberto Lattuada, Carlo
Lizzani, Francesco Maselli, Dino Risi e Cesare Zavattini;
● THE GRIM REAPER by Bernardo Bertolucci;
● POOR BUT BEAUTIFUL by Dino Risi;

And occasionally 3 contemporary titles:

● SACRO GRA by Gianfranco Rosi;
● POWER OF ROME by Giovanni Troilo;
● LASCIARSI UN GIORNO A ROMA by Edoardo Leo.

From 13 to 31 January, the Festival will also host a photo exhibition La memoria delle stazioni”.

A selection of 20 photos from the exhibition The Memory of Stations created by Archivio Luce Cinecittà in collaboration with Fondazione FS Italiane and curated by Chiara Sbarigia, President of Cinecittà.
