Presentation of the program of the Terra di Siena International Film Festival (5-9 November 2024) and presentation of the Seguso Award to the singer-actress Lina Sastri.

The Terra di Siena International film Festival, conceived and founded by Maria Pia Corbelli in 1996, with the artistic direction of Antonio Flamini, will focus on three essential elements: Innovation, Sustainability and Memory.
The program includes many events that characterize the festival in the world-famous city of art, a point of reference in the film scene in Tuscany, such as the highly expectant and stimulating “Focus on China” curated by the actress, director and producer Stefania Casini. Thanks to the recent twinning signed with China Chongqing Science and Technology film Festival that will tackle themes on the new frontier of applications in the film industry from virtual shooting to post-production.
The initiative aims to merge the international film heritage by exploiting technology to advance the film industry in the digital age and encourage the growth of the entire audiovisual sector, which will be followed by the meeting “How the professions of cinema are changing with the advent of artificial intelligence in production and post-production”.
