Giornate degli Autori celebrates Ugo Pirro

In the year of his centenary, Giornate degli Autori dedicates the 2020 edition to Ugo Pirro, ANAC founder, author and screenwriter, intending to celebrate not only the award-winning screenwriter at the Venice Film Festival but also the role, as essential as a director or actor to the success of a film but much less visible.

Martinotti, ANAC President, Nicola Acunzo, President of the Cinema and Entertainment cross-party group at the Chamber of Deputies and Donata Carelli, screenwriter and author of the biography “Ugo Pirro. La scrittura del conflitto” which will be presented at the event. Guests expected to intend include Marina Cigogna, producer of Investigation of a Citizen above suspicion and Lulu the Tool.
