Press conference Villae Film Festival

VILLAE FILM FESTIVAL will take place in Villa Adriana and Villa d’Este in Tivoli, from September the 16th until September the 27th. Both Villa Adriana and Villa d’Este have been declared “Unesco World Heritage”. In Villa Adriana, in front of Pecile, we will screen films shot in this wonderful location. In Villa d’Este, in the wonderful Garden at the end of Gran Viale, we will screen films directed by directors who are, at the same time, artists represented by important art galleries and whose artworks are displayed in the most important museums all over the world and artists appreciated in many other fields besides Cinema.
Among others, we will screen films by Andy Warhol, Peter Greenaway, Derek Jarman, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Gus Van Sant. At the same time we are organizing meetings about these films and these artists with art historians and art critics.
