ACFM-Asian Contents Film Market

Cinecittà, as part of the activities carried out on behalf of the Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual (DGCA) of the Italian Ministry of Culture (MiC), in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), is promoting Italy’s participation in the Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) in Busan, South Korea, taking place from 10 to 13 October 2026.

The initiative aims to strengthen ties between the Italian and Korean film industries by fostering the development of bilateral co-production projects, supporting the distribution of Italian films in the Korean market, and expanding opportunities for collaboration between the two countries.

A key highlight of Italy’s participation will be the celebration of the signing of the bilateral film co-production agreement between Italy and South Korea.

As part of the event, Cinecittà is also promoting Italian participation in the Producer Hub, with a delegation of selected producers.

Participation in the market provides an opportunity to build new synergies with Asian industry professionals, showcase the opportunities and incentives available to international productions choosing Italy as a filming destination, and promote the sale and international circulation of Italian audiovisual works.
