Dolcevita-sur-Seine | ITALIAN SCREENS

This year marks another collaboration between ITALIAN SCREENS and the Dolcevita-sur-Seine Festival, taking place from July 4 to 8, 2025, at the Arènes de Lutèce and Écoles Cinéma Club.

In 2025, Italian Screens takes center stage with a special initiative—the Dolcevita-sur-Seine – Italian Screens Audience Award: a brand-new competitive section entirely dedicated to contemporary Italian cinema. Titled “In the Theater, Together!”, this format will bring Parisian audiences to the Écoles Cinéma Club to discover five unreleased works by emerging Italian women directors, experience the collective magic of the big screen, and vote for their favorite film, becoming the popular jury for the night.

The 2025 Official Selection highlights the talent of women in contemporary Italian cinema, featuring five films by rising female directors: Amanda by Carolina Cavalli; L’Albero by Sara Petraglia; Siblings by Greta Scarano; Almost Home by Carolina Pavone; n-Ego by Eleonora Danco.
