Italy is taking center stage as the Guest Country of Honor at Ventana Sur, the most important audiovisual market in Latin America.

From December 1st to 5th, 2025, an Italian delegation organized by the International Department of Cinecittà for the DGCA-MiC (Directorate-General for Cinema and Audiovisual of the Italian Ministry of Culture), in collaboration with ITA, will animate the Palacio Libertad in Buenos Aires, actively participating in a rich program of B2B meetings, conferences, and workshops.

This participation solidifies our country’s role as a strategic partner for the dynamic Latin American market, with the goal of developing new co-production opportunities, strengthening collaborative networks, and expanding the international reach of narrative content.

A collective stand (Avenida de Negocios) will host some of the industry’s leading companies: Fandango, Indiana, Indyca, Intramovies, Limbo, Minerva Pictures, PiperPlay, Rai Cinema International Distribution, Scrigno Production, Small Boss, True Colours G.F., Vision Distribution, and Volos Films Italia.

The event offers a unique showcase of the Italian audiovisual ecosystem, presenting the latest works ready for the Latin American market, along with a comprehensive overview of funding opportunities and production incentives.
