Italy returns to Los Angeles for the 46th edition of the American Film Market (AFM), establishing itself as a prime partner for the global film industry. The national presence is strengthened by a high-profile delegation comprising producers, distributors, international sales agents, and institutional representatives.

Scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, is the panel “Focus on Italy: A Strategic Hub for International Productions,” held at the Constellation Stage of the Fairmont Century Plaza.

This session will be a unique opportunity to explore:

• The national financial incentives for co-productions and foreign films shot in Italy.
• International distribution opportunities for Italian works.
• The role of the Film Commissions with their regional funds and on-the-ground services.
• The unique production resources offered by Cinecittà Studios.

The initiative is promoted by the Italian Trade Agency, in collaboration with Cinecittà, for the Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual of the Italian Ministry of Culture (DGCA-MiC).
