ITALIAN SCREENS 2023
ITALIAN SCREENS, the festival that will present the best of Italian cinema abroad, in the name of a programme of high artistic and cultural value, was born on the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), Cinecittà for the Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual of the Ministry of Culture (DGCA-MiC) and the Academy of Italian Cinema – David di Donatello Awards.
Italian Screens 2023 | South Africa
Following the success of the previous edition, ITALIAN SCREENS starts again its tour presenting the best of Italian contemporary cinema abroad, it aims promoting talents, locations, funds and foster our audiovisual industry growth.
The initiative is promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), Cinecittà on behalf of the Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual of the Ministry of Culture (DGCA-MiC) and the Academy of Italian Cinema – David di Donatello Awards.
After the first dates scheduled in Tirana (28-30 March) with the opening screening of Ariaferma by Leonardo di Costanzo, at the presence of Luca Bigazzi, ITALIAN SCREENS will arrive in South Africa.
